I don’t know for sure, but I reckon fragrance and perfume are two words for the same thing (??). Eau de toilette is less concentrated than eau de parfum.
they are pretty much used for the same thing but fragrance can mean a scent or smell, where as perfume is just the cosmetic, perfume.
eau de toilette isnt as strong as eau de parfum.
