How can you spray cologne on to paper without smudging the writing?

Spray the cologne on the paper first before you write it – it may wrinkle – if that happens spray it and then place the paper in a book to dry and it will keep it pressed.
Nice work on the letter – it is a nice touch.
Spray the back of it. Also don’t get to close to it ,hold the sparer way above the paper and let it come down as a mist.
Spray it on another piece of (preferably thick) paper, a simply a dry sponge. then rub the two together. That’s one thought.
you could as well find another piece of paper (colored construction paper could work) and spray that. Then attach it to the other paper to serve as a border.
and, I you have any blank shiny photo paper, you could do the same or rewrite the letter on that. That way it wouldn’t smear or wrinkle, and you could spray it on the back.
